What does it mean to get healthy and stay healthy for the rest of your life? Our 42nd Anniversary Symposium will showcase our Clark College ECD health and wellness classes and the latest in alternative health. Expose yourself to the cutting edge in natural medicine therapies, treatments, receiving expertise that support healthy aging!

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Dr. Marcus Miller, M.D. N.D. of the National College of Natural Medicine is trained and board certified as both a medical doctor and a naturopathic doctor. Dr. Miller’s philosophy on patient care is, “It’s no secret that good patient care is based on caring for the patient. I feel that the best aspects of conventional and naturopathic medicine complement one another and when combined, they can represent the highest level of medical service.”

MINI-COURSES: Meet fantastic Mature Learning and Community Education instructors who teach Reiki, Yoga and Tai Chi. Local complementary, integrative, holistic medicine providers will highlight the connection between mind/body and fitness, discuss healing including stress and pain reduction using neuroscience techniques and therapies.
